TechTideNL is an independent IT consultation and services business serving St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, and nearby communities.

Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional company name, selected service, and the message you submit. The workspace also stores contact records, quotes, assigned tasks and project updates needed to coordinate agreed work. It also records when your inquiry was received and a referral source when included in the page link.

How your information is used

Your details are used to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential work, and keep track of related follow-ups. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive information.

Storage and service providers

The website, inquiry records, and spam protection use Cloudflare services. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to help prevent automated abuse. Where email notifications are enabled, Resend and the chosen email recipients process the inquiry reference and service category. Depending on notification settings, emails may also include your contact details and inquiry message. Service providers may process information outside your province or country.

Access and retention

Inquiry details are available to the business owner through a protected dashboard. Clients can access their own quotes and jobs through private email sign-in links. Contractors and staff can access assigned work and shared project updates through a separate portal; they cannot access the owner dashboard, rates or internal owner notes. Quote decisions record the submitted name, response and time. Information is retained while needed to respond to your inquiry or manage related work, and is reviewed for removal when no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Cookies

The owner dashboard and client/team portal use essential sign-in cookies. The installable app caches public interface assets for offline navigation, but does not cache private records or API responses. The public website does not use advertising trackers. Spam protection may use technical browser signals to verify requests.

Questions or requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry details, use the inquiry form and select “Not sure yet.” Include your request, but do not send identity documents through this form.
